For warranty issues, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and add ‘BlueARP DM’ to the subject. Please note that BlueARP DM is my part-time hobby job, so I won’t be able to respond immediately most of the time. Normally I will respond within 48 hours.
BlueARP DM units are sold with 1 year warranty, which starts from the day you receive the unit. Warranty covers the fair usage, considering you used the device with care (i.e. no mechanical damages or traces of the liquid inside, etc.). If the device breaks of mal-functions during the warranty period, I will repair or replace it free of charge. In case you’ll have to send me the unit for repair, we will split the shipping costs: you will handle the return shipping to my location, I will handle the delivery of the replaced/repaired unit to your location.
If you are tech-savvy, I will probably ask you to do some tests and possibly send you a replacement part instead of sending the unit round trip.
I will provide after-warranty support as well, but I will charge you the cost of replacement parts and labor. Or again, if you are DIY-skilled person, it may be enough just to tell you what to do (where to obtain the replacement part and how to replace it for example).
